When you do checkout, you should instantly get a confirmation email from shopify, and then another from MyStore with the download links so you can actually download the power points, or whatever you just ordered. Sometimes there can be a lag, but I've never known it take more than about 3 minutes to come through. If you don't put in your first name (which is totally ok) just be sure to check your junk folders, cause your email provider will probably think the email is spam.
