An Inspector Calls Scheme 2023 Draft

This is the first version of the '23 scheme for AIC. It's not in its final form. I'm going to make booklets to go with this version, so I'm sure it will evolve as these are made. But if you wanted to take a look and give some feedback on twitter that would be epic. What's good, what needs fixing?
