Marked Stories from Year 9.

Here is a slightly different type of training resource. It's some marked pupil assessments. I got them to type their work, so I could type their feedback. It's so much easier not to read handwriting sometimes. This is perfect for anyone who is training, but hasn't really had a change to gauge any pupil work yet. This is work is from fairly confident year 9's. They had a couple of lessons of prep before this. It took them a while to feel confident about what their ideas were. It wasn't a cold write. 

I've put my comments on the bottom, to give you an idea of what your marking might look like. It will either probably be choosing from a likely list of errors, or telling them specific wins and specific things to improve on. As you can see, these pupils aren't GCSE ready yet. The stories they are used to are children's stories, and that comes across in their work.
